I took today off of work so that I could bring the roof trusses home. I thought that I could put them on the roof rack of my Saturn. Unfortunately they were too heavy for my roof. Eddie let me borrow his truck to take them home. It was an 80 mile round trip.
Afterwards I started to take the nails out of the trusses. I have a long way to go on that because there are 250 nails in each truss. Maybe I would have been better off buying new wood.
