Last night I made some yogurt. I took a gallon of milk and heated it up to about 175 F. I let it cool to 120 f. I stirred in a small container of Yogplait vanilla yogurt. The yogurt has the active culture. I placed it in my oven over the pilot light. When I woke up in the morning I had a gallon of yogurt.
