A man walking a duck along I-15 in Bountiful was hit by a Jeep.

Troopers advised the man to move off the side of the road near 2600 South. Three minutes later his pet ran across the freeway. His owner chased him and was hit. The victim is in serious condition at Lakeview Hospital.. The duck was killed."
