Fil Mjolk

I recently made some fil mjolk. fil mjolk is a fermented milk product that is similar to yogurt. However it is incubated at room temperature (mesophile) instead of 115 degrees (thermophile) like yogurt.

It is much easier to prepare than yogurt. All you have to do is take some fil mjolk from your last batch and add it to some milk or half & half. You let it sit out at room temperature for about 24 hours after which you will have some fil mjolk.
