Today I butchered two chickens

Here is a picture of some of my chickens in their crowded coop.

We cut their heads off with prunning shears. Then we let the chickens bleed out onto the ground.

We then pulled off their skin feathers and all. Then a cut was made from the vent to the breast bone. The organs were pulled out through this cut being careful not to puncture the intestine. The feet and wings were then cut off with the prunning shears. The tail then was cut off with a knife.
